However, I believe in fixing the problem and not the concern, in this case, it is likely down to your cheek area, as the fat pads diminish with age the under eye loses its cheek support, the answer is to fill the cheek area first in order to support the under eye again, rather than going straight into the eye area, causing heavy, bulkiness in an already delicate area. Same with the jowls, the cheek again has lost its structure and gravity is pulling that area down, if we were to go in and fill your jowl area, this would add more weight and bulk to the area.
